The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Herringbone Group, Inc. dba BAT PHONE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. privacy and confidentiality

We take the confidentiality of your employee conversations seriously. All call data is:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Processed in secure environments
• Never shared with third parties without consent
• Deleted according to our data retention policy

6. payment terms

Payment terms include:

• Pricing is determined on a per-client basis
• Fees are based on usage and service requirements
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. limitation of liability
